How do I know who to target?
I start with a Google search. I then go to their websites. But I’m not interested in the look of their website. I’m looking for video. Do they have any video and where is it? If they have video, great! That makes it easy to find their YouTube channel if they have one.
I check a box if I don’t see a video on their website.
I then go to look them up on YouTube. Most of these firms don’t have a YouTube channel. If they do have a YouTube channel, it hasn’t been touched in more than 5 years.

Next, social media. I check that to see how often they post and what the posts look like. I also check their links to see if they have a podcast already.
If they don’t have any video, no podcast and their social media needs attention, they are a great prospect for what I offer: video podcasts. At the very least, just video.
