If we sat around a waited for a client to want something like this, we may never get the opportunity produce a roundtable. Even if we did have a client that wanted this, who’s to say that they would have a real plan, or goal, to stay consistent with the content. It’s one thing to film a roundtable. Carefully curating the roundtable and distributing the content is another thing. This is why we set out to build a roundtable instead of just another podcast.
Showcase Our Podcast Production
Sure, we don’t have a podcast studio to operate out of. But we are fully mobile. We can take our video podcast production just about anywhere. That includes a local Charlotte coffee shop, Platform. We’ve filmed podcasts in many places. From clients’ homes to conference rooms, but this would be our first of this type.
What makes this coffee shop unique?
They have a small private room inside the coffee shop that serves as a meeting space. The space also happens to have glass walls. Those glass walls could offer the the view of a coffee shop, but without the noise. So, while we wanted this roundtable to have a great setting, with a great backdrop, as podcast producers, we also understand the importance of capturing quality sound. This space gives us the opportunity for both.
Showcase High-Level Performers in Charlotte
In 2026, most of our podcast production has been simple 2-person interviews. Most of these were done with our video podcast booth at networking events. And while those interviews are fun to do, they often feature entrepreneurs who are just getting started. Simply put, the conversations lacked depth
Our goal with the roundtable is to curate it with industry aligned participants and give them the opportunity to go in-depth with their conversations. These participants are carefully selected. Not based on their social media following or popularity. They’re selected based on their experience, perspective, and how they fill out the interest form. Basically, we want participants who are actually making money, or impact, in their industry. Whether they be in business or the arts.
Another important piece to the roundtable is that the entire table, or all of the participants, will change with each session. One roundtable may feature marketing professionals, while the next may feature AI experts. There will be up to 4 participants, with one of them being chosen to moderate the conversation.
Show Charlotte Businesses and Brands What's Possible With Podcasts
This roundtable will be our product, as well as a service we offer to other businesses who want to add a podcast to their marketing efforts.
As a product, we’re partnering with QC Amplified to make sure this content makes it to the people that will benefit most from it. So, while we may not be funded by a client’s budget, we also aren’t limited by a client’s budget. This means we get to curate, chop up and distribute this content however we see fit. There are also other visuals, such as photos, that will be used to promote the roundtable and guests.
Ultimately, the goal is to help elevate the guests of the roundtable. To do this, we have to select a group of guests that are aligned in some way, the video has to be pristine, and the audio has to be crisp. The guests have to want to share the content. That’s how we’re going to keep it going as a product.
As a service, we want Charlotte businesses to see this content and consider it as something they can use to attract high-level clients. They’re going to see the setting, a coffee shop, and wonder if they can get the same, or similar, look. They’re going to see the content on YouTube, or hear the podcast, and wonder if it could work for their business. And that’s the point of all of this. After all, this is business.
